BEFN Announces Scholarships for HBCU Students

BEFN is thrilled to introduce its inaugural scholarships for students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's), in partnership with the CLFP Foundation and Cisco Capital. This initiative aims to boost the presence of black professionals in the equipment finance industry by covering costs for the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) Certification Exam, including study materials and test prep. It offers an invaluable introduction to the sector, with networking opportunities, guest speakers, and potential internships. BEFN, its supporters, and its partners are committed to diversifying the industry and providing career paths for HBCU students. More scholarships are planned for 2024, marking a significant step towards inclusivity in equipment finance.
